The Hebrew University of Jerusalem offers degree courses in Armenian Studies at the Bachelor's, Master's and the Doctoral levels.

Undergraduate and graduate students also come for one year periods of study as part of their degree programs at other institutions. Post-doctoral students often spend a research year in the Department.

  1. The History and Culture of the Armenian People (course no. 54621). The course will be taught by a highly qualified Armenologist Prof. Jasmine Dum-Tragut of Salzburg. The course will be taught in an intensive way in October and November 2010.
  2. Classical Armenian for Beginners (course no. 38029). The course will be taught by Prof. M.E. Stone.

All those with an interest in Armenian Studies, the Armenian people and its language and culture are encouraged to enroll. Response to these courses will be important for the future.
