The Penitence of Adam
Edited by M. E. Stone
The Concordance given here is that published by M.E. Stone, Texts and Concordances of the Armenian Adam Literature (Society of Biblical Literature: Early Judaism and its Literature, 12; Atlanta: Scholars Press, 1996).
To view this to advantage, you should have the following:
- A Macintosh computer running Netscape or Internet Explorer, with frames (this has been tested with versions of both later than 4.0)
- To view the Armenian characters, you should either have the Haicanus font installed on your system to read the HTML files; or use Adobe Acrobat to read the PDF files
- If you are using Netscape: from the View menu, open the Character Set sub-menu and select User Defined. The Armenian font in the text should now display correctly (if you have the Haicanus font)
- If you do not have the Haicanus font: download it from here. This should download a file named "haicanus.sit". Open this with Then drop the contents of this folder into the fonts folder in your system folder.
Good luck!
