Yiftah Shalev received his B.A in Archaeology and his MA degree in Classics at the
Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His MA thesis is on the urban architecture at Dor during the Persian Period.
He has
excavated at Achziv, Zippori (Sepphoris) and Tel Dor.
He is working as research assistant of Dr. Eilat Mazar
at the Hebrew University and participates in the
publication of the reports of Achziv and Jerusalem
archaeological excavations.
Resently started his PhD research at the Haifa University.
