Lectures given within the framework of the International Center’s program are available for the interest and benefit of a broad academic and lay audience.

Publications              

Two new series of volumes have been initiated, in Spanish and Portuguese, designed to promote Jewish studies in Latin America and the Iberian Peninsula, in universities, in academic institutions and among intellectuals in general.  One is the Biblioteca Universitaria de la Cultura Judía (in Spanish), and the other is Coleção Estudos Judaicos (in Portuguese).  Both series are devoted to various themes of important works in Jewish studies originally published in different languages and translated into Spanish and Portuguese.  Each volume in the series will be dedicated to a topic related to Jewish Studies, and will include, the best articles on the subject at hand, originally written in Hebrew or in other languages.  The books will be published and distributed by publishers in Latin America.

The first volume in preparation for both series is devoted to Kabbala and Jewish Mysticism.
