Electronic Databases

IMPORTANT

To search the LexisNexis database:

To access BRITISH journals LexisNexis Professional  is recommended. 

1. On the left navigation bar click "UK Journals".

To access journals from the U.S. and CANADA the LexisNexis Total Research System is recommended.

For term search:

1. On the left of the top navigation bar click "Search".

2. On the second navigation bar click "Guided Search Forms".

3. Click on  "Law Reviews".

For citation search:

1. On the left of the top navigation bar click "Get a Document".

3. Enter the exact citation according to Lexis citation formats.

2. On the second navigation bar click "Citation", or enter the Lexis abbreviation provided in the ejournal list.

3. Enter the exact citation according to Lexis citation formats.

Remote access note: The LexisNexis Total Research System (LexisNexis - Local) can only be accessed from computers at the Hebrew University Mt. Scopus campus. Users accessing Lexis from outside the University can use LexisNexis Professional.

Electronic Journals Available Full Text - About

This list includes links to full text electronic  journals covering law related subjects. 

Select the appropiate letter from the selection bar above to view an alphabetical list of journals. After the journal's title, this list provides one or more links that will connect the user to the desired site. The site may be a journal homepage or a database search page. Please follow the site's instructions. 

The dates covered and the amount of articles included varies according to the policies of the content providers. Title availability of a given provider may also be subject to change without prior notice. For retrospective coverage check first Hein Online.

Both free and subscription-based journals are listed. Subscription journals may only be viewed from the Hebrew University or by users accessing the Internet through Hebrew University servers.

Journals also available in a print format at our library are marked. 

Please note that this list was made for the use of students, faculty and staff of the Law Faculty of the Hebrew Universtiy of Jerusalem.

Electronic journals from other subject areas may be accessed through the Central List of Electronic Journals, at the classic ULE interface or the new graphical interface at TDNet.
